Northshore is a very professional and understanding company that works very well with its customers needs

My experience was pretty good, however I am a little irritated. I am familiar with the NorthShore supreme line and how they fit, so when I asked for a sample in large I expected to recieve that. As it turns out, the customer service rep decided to send a medium sample, and they don't fit very well. I understand the intent but if I ask for a large I would assume a large is sent? It's just a sample so it's not like I spent money on this but still. Shipping was slow and lied to me about delivery date, but that's not NorthShore's fault, that's FexEx. Oh well, I got them anyway. However, the quality of the product is good. Despite the size being just a little small I haven't had any leakage (thus far) and the material is soft and comfortable

Northshore has wonderful service & offerings. I would definitely recommend them to any looking to use the types of goods they offer.
