Your people are great. So very helpful. Unfortunately for me, I can't wear the adult diapers like I need to because they bag down between my legs when I walk. But that's my problem, not yours.

Unacceptable. Wanted to exchange size & because we went thru Amazon, it was extremely difficult. Took the box with your return label to the P.O. only to find out it was going to cost me $35.00. Finally settled on a return fee of $17.50 after multiple phone calls. Will never do this again! Unfortunately loved the product- no difficulties with first order.
