I have had significant issues in dealing with Cleaner Cleaner. Ignore 5* reviews, look elsewhere. The cleaner turned up 1hr 15m late to the appointment, and left 3hr 30m into a 4hr appointment without being paid. Cleaning was insufficient with floors not steamed, cooker not fully cleaned, radiators not wiped over, cupboard tops not cleaned, and the towel rail not touched. The cleaner and company have been non-responsive by phone, just like Anna's experience. Via email, the company has threatened legal proceedings if full payment isn't made. They offer no refunds, so the customer absorbs all the risk. When trying to agree a fee reduction for any bond withheld due to cleanliness issues, the company refuses to accept liability for it's service and continues to present an unworkable solution - return of the cleaner to a property I no longer access. Just like Anna. Save yourself the stress, look elsewhere.

Although slightly on the expensive side the company were able to come quickly. The technician was very thorough and went over the carpets making them lovely and fresh.

After reading the reviews for Cleaner Cleaner, I was hopeful that I would get good service. I was really disappointed with them. It is virtually impossible to speak to anyone on the phone and they communicate by email only. The cleaner came on time during the first visit for an end of tenancy clean. I have a two bedroom two bathroom flat and I had also booked in mattress cleaning. I was charged £517 for the work which I paid upfront. She started work at 8:20 am. I took the cleaner around and explained some of the problem areas. There was only one person and as I had work meetings, I left the flat and asked the cleaner to call me when she had finished and leave the keys in the letterbox. She left by 14:40. This type of flat normally needs 10 hours of cleaning. When I arrived the next day to check the work and collect the keys, I was quite shocked at the quality of work as so much was left undone. I called the company and asked them to rectify the issues before the inventory check. They refused to do that. The mattresses were stained by the tenant - they were steamed on one side but not the other. There was no difference really and I wasted over £108. The inventory check highlighted over 20 cleaning issues, some of which had not been done at all. A copy was given to Cleaner Cleaner. When I complained about the work, the company sent the same cleaner again. She was late this time. She started cleaning but this time before she left, I went around with her with the inventory check and made her redo all the omissions. The cost is very high for such poor quality work. She had no concept of hygiene and used the same cloth to clean the toilet seat, the shower screen and inside the washing machine. She was untrained, unprofessional and her standards of work was poor and she resented having to do the work. I have to get the flat re-cleaned for the third time but will never use this company again and will never recommend anyone else to do so. The company sent an apology by email but that does not make up my lost time and inconvenience.

I had an end of tenancy cleaning through Cleaner Cleaner, the customer service team were very quick and clear with communication, and the cleaner did a marvellous job on the day. Would heartily recommend to anyone looking for end of tenancy cleaning.

Terrible service!!!! I took photos before I booked the service and they said ok, but today I got a text saying the property was in poor condition to clean and that it had been cancelled. They refunded but still costed £60 as cancellation fee, finally the service is only took 30 photos to show the condition. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
