Efficient and good communication.

A great experience from start to finish, their customer service is fast to respond and communicated clearly throughout. I have a light coloured velvet sofa which had multiple difficult stains that I thought would never come out, after seeing the good reviews I contacted Cleaner Cleaner to see what they could do. The cleaner they sent (on a Saturday too, no extra charge for a weekend booking) was polite and professional, and I couldn't believe what an amazing job he did - the sofa looks like new again and all the stains are completely gone. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again the future.
