I used Cleaner Cleaner for a sofa clean - it was second hand & had unknown stains on it. I made an enquiry over the weekend & they were very response, despite being outside of normal working hours. The guy that came to do the clean was lovely, prompt & diligent - couldn't ask for more. Would definitely use them again!

I needed very short notice carpet cleaning before going away and Cleaner Cleaner were great. Very quick to respond with clear, easy service options. On the day, the gentleman who turned up was very efficient and did a great job. The carpet looked and smelled significantly cleaner. I also went for the moth protection option which I hope will be effective!

Communication with the company was easy and replies were always very prompt. The technician was polite and friendly and did a good job of cleaning our two Turkish rugs.

I showed the cleaner round my flat to check all was ok to proceed with the cleaning and she agreed, then 15 mins later I got a text saying the property was in too poor condition to clean and that it had been cancelled. I tried calling all the contact phone numbers but couldn't get through to anyone, they only communicate via email. I was due to hand my keys back for my flat the following day and was left without a end of tenancy cleaner last minute. It was hugely disappointing and ridiculous they said the flat was in too poor condition to clean - they sent me photos of the oven over email.. the cleaning service includes professional oven clean so why would I pre-clean my oven?! I managed to find another cleaner last minute who could do it and they were able to professionally clean the flat to an immaculate standard, no issues, so I have no idea why Cleaner Cleaner couldn't do the job we agreed on. I even sent them photos of the flat prior to the clean. Would not recommend if you don't want to be let down last minute!

Booking process was easy. The company were very responsive with any queries. Technician was polite and respectful. And more importantly, the carpets were cleaned to the standard we would expect. There were some stubborn stains but we already expected them to remain due to chemicals we had already used on them ourselves previously!! Our fault! (note: don't use Dr Beckmann carpet cleaner, ever!!). Reasonably priced and would definitely recommend.
