Superb service! Great communication. Arrived on time and left my rental flat in perfect order for the next incoming tenants. They lifted furniture, dusted Venetian blinds, cleaned absolutely everywhere, de-limescaled taps, sinks and bath; the oven sparkles and fridge is spotless. They left no stone unturned, a huge relief to me, with my tenants moving in today. I’m a fan and will be using the firm going forward. A great find!

Worst Customer Experience I have ever had! Had a full house cleaning service booked in for a month or two and they cancelled last minute without warning (apparently due to train strikes which everyone knew was happening for weeks now). The guy on the other end got aggressive when we were trying to organise alternatives and said I was "moaning like a little girl". Totally unacceptable, would not recommend Cleaner Cleaner to my worst enemy. Also it is ridiculously expensive and it sounded like the cleaner who was going to clean the house was coming empty handed (relying on public transport), as they don't have cars or vans to avoid these situations. There are many better cleaning services, cheaper and better equipped and don't have rude staff.

So far all seems good. The flat looked great after Vanya's visit (end of tenancy clean + professional carpet clean), hopefully it will meet the estate agent's expectations but I expect it will! Thanks!

Excellent service throughout. Very quick response to initial enquiry and flexible in terms of dates and timings. They arrived bang on the scheduled time: minimum fuss and maximum efficiency. This was a whole carpet clean of a flat empty of furniture and honestly the carpet looked like new afterwards. I cannot recommend too highly.

Booked in this company for an end of tenancy cleaning which cost £252, considerably more expensive than other competitors however considering good reviews we decided to go with them. The cleaning team were 4 hours late due to issues with transport which greatly effected our moving day. After speaking to somebody initially, we were offered £20 as a refund. When I said this wasn't acceptable we were offered the chance to cancel the service. On the day we moved. To the company's credit, I asked for £50 and received it after sending an email. I didn't get a chance to inspect the flat properly as the cleaners finished at 9pm and I needed to go. My landlady said that she needed to wash the outside windows, oven trays, hoover and also wipe down skirting boards. All in all its been a bit of a disaster so I would recommend you look elsewhere. There are cheaper and no doubt better options.

just wanted to pass on my thanks for the wonderful clean on my old property on 22nd July. I was so impressed with the service. Turned up on time, great customer service and professionalism. I had to reschedule at the last minute and they could not have been more accommodating. The cleaner was so polite, she did such a lovely job and worked so hard. My tenancy check out did comment on how clean it all was. Thank you! Would definitely recommend

I booked for an end of tenancy clean. I was quoted £270 including VAT for a clean of a 1 bedroom flat. The cleaner arrived with a suitcase and very little cleaning products. She did not speak English and we needed to use Google translate (which was not an issue at first but it did become an issue). She spent 3 hours cleaning my flat. When I returned the flat did not look like it had been cleaned (aside from the oven and the washing machine which she did do a good job of). Some of the issues 1- toothpaste marks remaining on the sink 2- skirting boards still dusty 3-fire place dusty 4- carpet not adequately hoovered ( I mentioned this to the lady who proceeded to walk around the flat and pick up the mess on the floor with her hands) 5-kitchen sink remained dirty 6-Bathroom plug had hairs still in it! 7- Window frames filthy I contacted the company and spoke to the manager “Vladimir” to try and resolve the issue. I was informed that the cleaner could rectify the issues there and then (which means I would have to explain to her on google translate what the issues were and supervise her to complete the clean). The man I spoke to did not speak in a way which suggested he wanted to resolve the issue and proceeded to tell me “it is not your standards we need to meet, it is the landlords”. Absolutely zero customer service. He could not understand why I would not want to pay £270 for a really bad clean(I am not exaggerating when I say I needed to clean it myself afterwards- and the flat was not in a bad condition to start with) He refused to come to any kind of agreement and demanded I pay the full £270 and threatened legal action. He was not at all helpful in resolving the issue and was only interested in the profit. Please save yourself the hassle and money and avoid this company! Not sure where the positive reviews have come from.

Cleaner cleaner provided a brilliant end of tenancy clean for our two bed flat. Two friendly cleaners attended who were very efficient and left the flat in a perfect condition. Happy to say we got all our deposit back!

They worked a miracle getting bright red nail polish out of my light coloured carpet! Super responsive via email and well priced.

Service punctual, careful and effective. This involved the removal of a large stain as well as the cleaning of a carpet, and great care was taken over all the preliminaries:- what the stain was, its size, the type of carpet. The work carried out was entirely satisfactory and I would whole-heartedly endorse this small family firm.
