Customer service was great - communication and punctuality 100%. I am very happy with the result of my 2 seat sofa-bed using the gold service. I was amazed that a historical stain was removed and shocked at how much dirt came out. I would be happy to recommend and use this company again

Was asked a lot of questions for a quote, answered them all, was given a time and day. They later cancelled due to a "glitch" in their system. They could not offer any alternative time before the end of the tenancy. Their glitch, my issue apparently...
