Cleaner Cleaner did a great end of tenancy clean on our rented property. It was incredibly easy to book with them, their customer service throughout was prompt and friendly and they even gave some pre-cleaning tips and clear expectations of what needed to be done in advance. On the day the cleaners were really thorough.

I engaged CleanerCleaner for an end of tenancy clean, and overall am very happy with their services - from booking through to completion. At the booking stage, they were very responsive, quick, responded to my questions very quickly, provided me all the information I needed, asked me thorough questions, and provided clear guidance on how it will all be done. On the day of cleaning itself, the lady cleaner was very punctual, friendly. Only small issue was she wasn't well conversant in English - and I wasn't sure if that would be a problem, but we managed fine. She knew her job well. I had my inventory check the next day and the landlord said "the cleaning company did a good job, you have maintained the apartment very well" (and I had lived there for 5 years so it is a long period of time). I got 100% of my deposit back. Overall I am happy with the company and would recommend them - they are expensive, but it is good value for money and I felt good leaving a house in good condition with a happy landlord. A new house owner myself, I know this is important, and this good feeling is priceless.

This clean was arranged at very short notice as I found out that my health was affected by cat’s allergy. Tony came on time. He was very courteous and very professional. He did a grand job cleaning the carpets and the sofas. I would recommend this company very highly.

Very professional and quick to respond at first, then it all went downhill... Cleaners arrived 30 minutes late, did not speak a word of English and was very rude despite my efforts to try to communicate using Google Translate... Icing on the cake is that the standard of the cleaning was so poor that I ended up paying MORE to my real estate agent for the end of tenancy cleaning than I had initially paid CleanerClear. They refused to refund me despite their "policy" and kept sending me very rude email replies with the same text over and over again. I advise strongly against using their services, you would be better off not cleaning the flat at all given or you'll end paying twice like me... Don't be fooled!!

That clarity in communication continued throughout the process. Great customer service from all the operations team. Maria did an excellent job with the cleaning - in particular, the sinks and bathrooms were like new afterwards.

Having used Cleaner Cleaner for a particular accident in my lounge involving a red wine spillage, I asked them to come back and clean the rest of the carpets in my house. I am very pleased with the result. Their technicians are very professional, they get on with the job and, once again I am very pleased with the result. Would definitely use this company again.

We went with this company as they had good reviews especially for cleaning stained carpets. So we paid for the Gold service to clean some carpets which were rather dirty and had various stains. Yes the carpet was cleaned, but not to expectations as none of the stains were removed. So there is NO value in paying almost double the price of other carpet cleaners for a clean which is just adequate and about the same as all other carpet cleaners
