Great customer service during COVID19. I had to leave my London apartment on very short notice due to border closures. I also had to leave behind some items that didn't fit in my car. My lease was up on my London apartment and I wasn't able to return, so they helped me with rubbish removal and the final cleaning. Their price was slightly cheaper than the company that my landlord had received a quote from, and Cleaner Cleaner also cleaned the rug (something the other company hadn't included in their quote, so it would have been even more expensive in the end). I wasn't there to see the results but they sent me very detailed photos afterwards and I could see they did a fantastic job, and I am receiving my entire deposit back. The extra charge for the rubbish removal was very reasonable. Also, they were always very quick to respond to my emails and were flexible adapting to my somewhat unusual circumstances.

Excellent customer service - took the time to explain everything that would be cleaned, and what the process would be. Payment was made easily over bank transfer, and a receipt provided at the completion of the service. The end of tenancy cleaning was spotless - I would love to know how they got the bathroom so clean so we can do the same at our new place!
