We have just had an end of tenancy clean completed by Cleaner Cleaner who were fantastic throughout. They were willing to accommodate an 8:30am start to ensure that we were not late for work when meeting them to gain entry to the property, were on time and very friendly. They provided excellent customer service throughout and before the clean they even provided us with tips to prepare the property if we wished to do so which worked great to remove marks from our bath. The end result of the clean was great and we received our full deposit back due to the excellent service. On top of all that their quotation was the cheapest of all other cleaning companies we researched - Excellent value for money. Fantastic service - highly recommended!

We have been using CleanerCleaner services for some time and they have consistently provided a good and reliable service. One recent example was particularly impressive: we had a cream coloured sofa which had been badly stained by tenants. We were convinced the damage was beyond repair and considered replacing the item, but decided first to give CleanerCleaner a chance. Result: sofa looking almost like new! Great job!!

The advisors are very knowledgeable in terms of leather requirements and information. They were fast and flexible in allocating my service. I chose the plantium package and it was superb, the technician arrived promptly and inspected the sofas, continued with the service of each sofa and they look fantastic refreshed. I will be booking a follow up service with them annually to ensure the conditioned state remains at this level. I wish I had know about them sooner! Prices are competitive and service is invaluable.

INCREDIBLE END OF TENANCY CLEAN! I cannot begin to describe how good our EOT clean was! I spent a lot of time searching online for a good, reliable and affordable EOT cleaning company within London, and I certainly found it with Cleaner Cleaner! 100% recommend and 100% will use again! We had one lady come and clean our two bedroom flat and she did an amazing job! She started just after 1pm and finished just before 5pm. Everything was so shiny and spotless, to the point that it was actually cleaner than when we first moved in! We even got our full deposit back from the estate agents with no problems from the check out inventory! Another reason I chose this company (beside the amazing reviews on here) was that they offer 7 day free return! Luckily we had no issues with the check out inventory but at least we had the option of 7 days and not 2/3 days, which is what most other companies offer. I will certainly be using this company again in the future! Thank you so much!

Another excellent job! I have used Cleaner Cleaner twice now for an end of tenancy clean and both times I have been impressed with their high standards. The latest time the flat had been left in a very dirty state by the previous tenant but thanks to the team the flat is good as new. Would thoroughly recommend.
