Le site propose plein de choses et beaucoup de réductions sauf que malheureusement la livraison est beaucoup trop cher même avec de gros montant ce qui pénalise et n’est malheureusement pas avantageux au final, il faut beaucoup de point pour un petit bon d’achat… du coup je ne commande plus

I bought 4 Trudon candles for my kids for Christmas and one had a lot of markings in the glass. I contacted the company to see if I could exchange that one. They insisted I send a bar code - there is a bar code on the box of the candle that I sent a photo of but according to the company not the right one - there is supposed to be another one - that one never came with the 4 candles I bought - therefore they can not do anything - now I have to decide which one of my 4 kids get the defected candle. Will buy my Trudon candles from other place next time.

Top Ware! Aufgrund der negativen Bewertungen war ich zuerst skeptisch. Wurde aber positiv überrascht, schneller Versand und Artikel wie beschrieben und dann noch zu dem Preis!! 👍

CATASTROPHIQUE !!! Commande passée avec une livraison à domicile. Seule option de livraison possible = en mains propres chez moi entre 10:00 et 18:00 du lundi au vendredi… Très pratique quand on travaille. J ai donc commandé un cadeau de Noel que je ne peux pas récupérer avant Noël et qui va devoir repartir chez l expéditeur… UNE HONTE
