Borsa (tra l'altro molto costosa) ricevuta senza nessun cartellino originale né cartellino interno per verificarne l'autenticità. Unico cartellino attaccato quello di luisavia roma. Nessuna indicazione del brand originale . E era inserito come articolo nuovo arrivo. No comment . Non dico che non sia originale ma semplicemente che non si può indicare una borsa come nuovo arrivo a prezzo pieno quando non ha nessun cartellino perché è già svalutato in partenza il suo costo. Quindi va indicato nella descrizione!

I purchased a bikini top and bottom, they sent me 2 bikini tops instead. I asked for an exchange of the wrong item but they told me they could not located the bottom so I returned both items. Then they restocked the bottom on their website without notifying me. So I email them again to ask to repurchase the bottom and have free shipping and they declined saying I have to pay for shipping. Why would I pay extra 16€ whereas it’s your warehouse who sent me the wrong product in the first place ?!

UNA TIENDA SEGURA Y DE PRODUCTOS ORIGINALES

Dzień dobry, nie polecam zakupów w tym sklepie. Buty w atrakcyjnej cenie, jednak same buty i pudelko wyglądało jak zakupione w firmie outletowej. Uznałam, że to możliwe że względu na znacznie niższa cenę niż w konkurencyjnych sklepach. Problem w tym, że buty okazały się za duże, więc zdecydowałam się je zwrocic. Po kilku dniach od otrzymania zwrotu przez firmę otrzymała odpowiedź, że buty byly używane i nie przyjmują zwrotu. Oczywiście butów nie używałam, a jedynie na chwilę przymierzyłam i od razu spakowałam. Wyruszyły w drogę powrotną w takim stanie jak do mnie dotarły. Dyskusja z firmą jest trudna ponieważ na wiadomości odpisuje AL. To z całą pewnością ostatnie zakupy w tej firmie. Pozdrawiam

Livraison à revoir J’ai commandé une paire de chaussures à plus de 1000€ et je suis étonnée qu’on ait pas la livraison offerte à ce prix là. J’ai choisi la livraison standard et étant au travail comme tout le monde la semaine je ne pouvais pas réceptionner mon colis ajrd mais à ma grande surprise aucune possibilité de faire déposer le colis dans un point relais ou de faire livrer à une autre adresse… pour 16€ de frais de livraison c’est vraiment nul. Je dois donc attendre encore une semaine pour pouvoir être présente au jour de la livraison. Je ne sais pas si c’est le Luisa via Roma qui choisit les options de livraison à l’avance mais je pense qu’il est essentiel de pouvoir donner ces options de livraisons aux client.es.
