Horrific company to deal with, took £700 for a moncler jacket sat on the order a week and then the status says order processing, I rang and asked if I could cancel, they said they wont as I have placed the order. I asked when the order will be picked and dispatched, they said they don't know! really wish I would have ordered the jacket off Moncler directly. staff are rude and unhelpful, avoid at all costs, shocker of a company
not reliable shippping time
I've been a loyal Luisaviaroma customer for many years, but my recent experience was disappointing. I paid for express shipping, expecting my order to arrive quickly, but it took almost a week to be dispatched. The slow shipping times have become a recurring issue lately, which is frustrating given the premium service I’m paying for. I hope they can address these delays and return to the reliable service they used to offer

NON SBAGLIATE MAI AD INDICARE L'INDIRIZZO DI CONSEGNA! Ho richiesto il cambio dell'indirizzo di consegna dell' articolo in quanto l'azienda indicata nella consegna chiudeva per ferie, chiamati due volte al numero verde dicendo che l'indirizzo sarebbe stato variato dopo che l'articolo era già spedito e di scrivere un'email. Per fortuna l'articolo è stato consegnato correttamente oggi (ultimo giorno prima della chiusura), assistenza inesistente e indirizzo naturalmente non cambiato come indicato. Quando spediscono il giorno dopo viene consegnato com'è possibile che non possano cambiare l'indirizzo prima di spedirlo? 10€ di spese di spedizione per un servizio clienti inesistente.

Azienda seria, ho acquistato diverse volte e mi sono sempre trovata benissimo, unico neo sono i costi di spedizione. Essendo un negozio con brand di lusso mi sarei aspettata che le spedizioni fossero gratuite, per il resto sono veramente molto seri.
Faulty product and terrible customer service
I was sold a product which had a fault that became visible within a few weeks. I reported this to customer service promptly and asked for a refund or replacement. It has been almost a month now (I first contacted them on 17 July) and no resolution has been proposed - LUISAVIAROMA keeps trying to shift blame and responsibility on the manufacturer. However this is irrelevant - as the seller, LUISAVIAROMA is responsible for defective products under UK and EU law, and their customer service team should be aware of this. Their strategy seems to be to delay and shift blame so that they can avoid responsibility for the poor quality products that they sell.
Long waiting times, data breach, no customer service
Long waiting times to process an order, even longer to dispatch it, now, a refund nightmare. I don't know if they're understaffed or don't care about their clients, but surely it was the last time when I put my trust in this company. Customer service is basically non - existent, they are not replying to any emails, saying that due to high demand everything is slower. The truth is, that the client should not care about the high demand- if that's the case, they should support themselves with more staff to cover these kind of accidents. Furthermore, I came across data breach-in my parcel I found a dispatch letter that belonged to totally different customer. I believe that this happened with my data in return. Please, refrain from purchasing from this website, this is not the kind of treatment you want to experience.
