SCAM!!!!!! Couldn’t leave no stars unfortunately!!
It’s been almost 1 month and no item!! Couldn’t leave no stars unfortunately!! Still haven’t received the item, no response from the emails sent and the number is not in use! Wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing! I am now out of pocket

If I could leave a minus! No customer service contact when trying to return an item, I've tried 3 times. Resorted to sending it back to address on website and the POffice website says they refused to take the return! Will now be contacting Trading Standards. AVOID AVOID

Oh dear, why oh why didn’t I read the I bought this junk. The miracle cure offered should have alerted me, but I suppose we all want to believe?. Why hasn’t this company been banned ?.
Why oh why didn’t I read the reviews before spending £20 on this crap, so called leather repair kit. Belatedly I warn all customers to avoid this outfit. Poor delivery and a gunk that does absolutely nothing. Outrageous.

After nine weeks I finally received a delivery from these cowboys, ordered a scratch pen and received skin drops,absolutely pathetic, avoid this company at all costs,can't ring them and all emails are ignored

Shocking company
Shocking company. Ordering a breast feeding pillow and it arrived with missing parts. I have emailed a few times to ask them to send out what is missing and have had no reply!! Too scared to return it as worried they wont refund me if they cant reply a simple email!Total scammers. Avoid at all costs!!!

Truly appalling customer service
Truly appalling customer service. They refuse to respond when you report a problem. Emailed them four times and was totally ignored. Would never buy from them again. Terrible!

Ordered two dog beds. Not good quality and they are also too small. Have emailed 4 times with no response and have tried to call but says the phone is switched off. Absolute con.

Once again I’ve been conned
Once again I’ve been conned. I ordered a dog bed which arrived on time but the bed is very poor quality. I checked the reviews but not on trustpilot and that’s my mistake. I want to send the bed back but I can’t get hold of anyone. So angry with myself for wasting £30 on a bed that’s no good
