Leather cleaner: Very misleading advertising. Product is just a basic leather wax from China which made no visible difference. Card payment was taken in Romania despiet London address. Beware

Really wish I'd read these reviews before placing an order with Bloomartys. I ordered 2 x Car Paint Scratch Pens, only 1 was despatched. I've now tried to contact Bloomartys 5 times, every email has been ignored, the customer support phone ( mobile ) has been turned off. I've noticed that my card payment went to Romania!, now going to ask my bank for assistance.

DO NOT USE Bought an item from bloomartys that was originally priced at £80. was on sale for £40. when the item arrived, the invoice inside stated £15.75. so wasn't impressed. therefore contacted the support email address and was sent a return label. the item was sent back 17 days ago and still no refund. my emails are being ignored. the phone number on the website is switched off. so had to report the business, and its sister company Zenka Store UK to trading standards. this is not a registered business nor the other business so stay well away.

This company is a scam and should be avoided at all costs. They did not delivery what I bought and do not answer emails or answer calls I don’t understand why they are allowed to continue to trade

Agree with all the reviews already here. They take your money and never deliver the order. No response to emails sent, nor telephone calls or text messages. What business runs on a mobile number. Wish I’d notice sooner as that would have rang alarm bells. AVOID AT ALL COST should be zero rated or lower.

What an absolute scam, please before you go ahead buy anything from this company don't do what I did, & do what I didn't. Even waisting your time browsing their site. the sensitive approach read reviews first, let me tell you ppl out there spot on. again stay away from scumbags robbing bas****.

Completely echo what the other 1 star reviews are saying. Money taken, nothing delivered, can't be contacted. Wish I'd checked here first.

Do not order from this company .I ordered a calming dog bed of their recommended size for my dog .when it arrived it was way too small .I've emailed 3 times with no response and when you call the supposedly customer service number no one answers or it says " this phone is switched off " it seems I have no way of getting a refund and no return of a dog bed ...absolutely useless SCAM company ..please beware !!!!!

BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I believe this company is a scam. Very professional-looking, supposedly UK based, website advertising calming dog bed. I ordered one and gave correct delivery address details. Payment taken and order confirmed. Didn’t hear anything so emailed the company’s customer support for details of the delivery etc. No response to email, but next day received an email with a ‘Royal Mail’ tracking number. Turns out this was for a completely different parcel in a totally different part of the UK. (The photo sent as ‘evidence’ of the parcels delivery showed a very small sized package being put through someone else’s front door letterbox!!) No response to emails or answer to phone line. Just wish I’d checked Trustpilot first, lesson learned.

Absolutely awful- do not use this company.I never received my order of a dog bed . Phone number never gets answered customer Support service and emails are never replied to . Shocking 😤😒
