Terrible, do not buy from this con company

Ordered an Clock that cost £29.99. Its terrible quality and not worth the money. I have emailed several times and like the other reviewers get no response or returns number. They need reporting to trading standards which I will probably do next

Ordered a travel bag as a present on…

Ordered a travel bag as a present on the 5th December, it arrived on the 28th so too late for Christmas and looked nothing like it did on line. have sent 4 emails for the returns label and the telephone number is dead. lesson learnt for not checking the reviews before. Just beware when ordering that whatever eventually turns up you will be stuck with. Will see if my credit card company will reverse the charge.

Not real silk & No customer support

Ordered a silk item, delivery was pretty slow but not unreasonable. Once the item arrived, it was clearly satin (plastic fibres) rather than real silk. The label clearly stated this was not silk. Cheap mass produced item made in China. Reached out to support but had no response. Avoid if you're looking for real silk

Ordered a 3D pen on 31/12/24

Ordered a 3D pen on 31/12/24. Nothing received, ordered number doesn't register on the tracking system. Never any response from customer service and phone number was dead. Complete con company, avoid and don't waste your money with them.

Don't waste your money

Don't waste your money, I would prefer to give a no star rating if I could. Ordered a phone holder turned up box totally wrecked and the actual phone holder was made of very very cheap material, nothing like what it looked like online, emailed multiple times with no response and I doubt very much a response will be had,

3D pen (3D PEN-2) not as advertised. Customer service non existant

I purchased a 3D pen (3D PEN-2) for my grand daughter as an Xmas present from Bloomartys UK. Address: 75 Long Acre, London WC2E 9JS, United Kingdom. Although this is a UK address the item was shipped from mainland China. When the item arrived it was not in manufacturers packaging but everything was in a generic 3D pen case. As this was not in a genuine manufacturers box and packaging, clearly it was unsuitable as a gift. I have sent 3 emails requesting further action as the device will not be used I have received no response whatsoever from Bloomartys. Avoid this company faulty incomplete goods supplied which are unsuitable and not as advertised. No customer support whatsoever.

I bought the silk bonnet after reading…

I bought the silk bonnet after reading reviews online. It came and I was so disappointed. It's very cheap. You'd have to wear it inside out, to get any benefit, as its not double layered. Don't waste your money. The ones from Kitsch are way better.

Even My Shih Tzus Think These Beds Are Luxury

My Shih Tzu’s absolutely love these beds. They sleep much better because they’re so very comfy that I wish I was sleeping on one too. Strong and easy to wash and dry. Love it. Thank you 😊
