I emailed with a query regardinga a parking permit and received a response very promptly. Great customer service

Bus for Blur concert had no air condition on the back of the bus. The internal temp of the bus in the sun with no airflow was a dangerous health condition. To make matters worse, the driver got lost so we spent an extra 25 minutes in unbearable heat conditions. One patron had to direct the driver where to go. From other reviews, I have gleamed that bus maintenance is not a priority nor is the safety for patrons. The return bus for Marathon never showed up but the folks at the concert venue allowed us to get on another bus free of charge to city center. Overall the company did a poor job and really should not be able to continue to conduct business until the health and safety of passengers can be insured.

Nice efficient service, no delays, quick collection after the show. No worries about having to park or trying to get public transport back from Malahide.
