Had reserved parking at Marley but had to change night going to concert. So with Marley being sold out booked with Marathon. Then found original Marley booking was actually for the same night as concert (having transferred night) !!! Completely my fault. Contacted Marathon (about 9 pm) when I realised (though I didn’t honestly expect to be refunded). Got a reply straight away looking for my booking number and an immediate response to say refund was done less the €5 admin fee. The money appeared in my account 3 days later. Brilliant service. Thanks so much.

Horrendous experience had to wait over an hour and a half for a bus after the Blur gig which finished at 10.45, staff has no information on when the buses were coming. Avoid will never use again

Pre-booked tickets with waiting times > 1 hours as there were insufficient numbers of buses servicing the event at malahide castle

We arrived to get our bus to Malahide Castle at the Customs House, no issues here, staff here were really nice & helpful, and the bus was on time. We were surprised to drive past Malahide Castle though, and then more surprised to go beyond Malahide village, and then finally we were let off the bus beyond the grand Hotel. That’s about 2km from Malahide Castle. After the gig we walked towards all the buses and coaches in the car park of Malahide Castle just to be told that marathon coaches weren’t one of them & that we had to go to the main road to find them. The queue system was an awful set up with people arriving and joining the top of the queue, instead of the back because of the way they had it laid out. We were in a queue with no buses in sight, any request for information on when the next bus would arrive were met with rudeness and were made to feel like what else could we expect? I’m glad to say that we left the queue because it was clear it was going to be a long wait. They had clearly oversold their service. I will be requesting a refund. Marathon coaches do not run a good service to where you’re going or for getting you home. I do not recommend and will never use them again.

Had to wait over an hour for a bus at Malahide after Blur. Was promised a premium service and they did not deliver. Only one bus running yo get everyone back to the city. Shocking.

Sitting on a bus to punchestown from Dublin city with no Aircon in 30degree heat. Absolute joke!
