Love the furniture, disappointed by the delivery team who are really letting the Neptune name down. I love Neptune and am a loyal customer having bought my dining table, chairs, side table, coffee tables among many other things. Week I moved house I spotted some more beautiful pieces to add to my collections. Sadly the delivery was not impressive at all and definitely not “white glove”.

Excellent quality BUT too expensive?

Purchased one bowl and plant pot. Very happy with the products. Delivery took a little longer than expected, but it was worth waiting for.

From start to finish we experienced the most professional and friendly service. An old Cotswold cottage is not the easiest to renovate but the team of Amber, Vicky and Toby, the fitter, were delightful and thorough. From our initial consultation, through the design process and build, they were efficient and supportive, maximising storage spaces we couldn’t have visualised ourselves. The outcome is a beautiful, high quality, clever kitchen which we absolutely love. We would highly recommend Neptune without hesitation to anyone thinking of redesigning their kitchen area. Lucy, Lottie and Pippa were really welcoming and allowed me to browse at my leisure and even made me a lovely coffee. I could quite happily move in to the store as it is so tastefully put together. I chatted to them about where I live and my closest Neptune store which is in Paris apparently. I chose a gift for my sister which Lucy kindly gift-wrapped. I have told my friends in Hailsham to visit the store for a friendly welcome and a wish-list worthy inventory. When I win the lottery, I'm buying the contents!
