Service was ok, but there was a two month delay waiting for delivery.

Amy helped me out to solve an issue I had with a product, she went over and beyond to make sure everything was correct and that I was happy. Excellent service and also excellent products.

We needed a new lead for a 'cable free' table lamp we purchased several years' ago that has now been updated and the power leads don't match, but we loved our original one and wanted working! The Winchester Neptune team didn't pressurise us into purchasing the new model, but found us a replacement lead so we can now use our favourite lamp, and all within days. Maybe contrary to expectations their excellent service did not lose them a sale, but has resulted in a new one too, (and not just lamps)!

Five stars to the customer service team who went above and beyond to help us out. We have a house full of Neptune and bought a dinner service just as it became discontinued (that was bad luck!). On a visit to their cafe they had large coffee mugs in our design… a quick email to the customer team and two of them are sent in the post to finish the set… big thanks from us.

Amazing service from Neptune There was a long lead time in my mirror as it had to be hand-painted….but it arrived on the due date and packaged amazingly to prevent breakages…. First time customer…..but Highly recommend Neptune!
