Lovely quality and speedy delivery. Packaged really well. Bought lots of honey pots for gifts but seeing the size of them I have used them as sugar, coffee and salt containers using my own long handled spoons ( sundae spoons) which has worked out brilliantly!

I called the Chichester store to enquire about some ex-display side tables that I had seen advertised on- line and had the pleasure to speak to one of their sales team called Bethany . She was extremely helpful and suggested I come to store and take a look before purchasing. This I did with my husband and what a super experience we had ! We were greeted by a lovely lady called Debs who asked if she could help us and offered us a cup of coffee while we waited for Bethany to become free . We instantly felt comfortable and were able to have a browse around . Being in the throes of a house renovation we were looking for ideas and inspiration. When Bethany was free she greeted us warmly and showed us the tables we had come to view . We asked lots of questions regarding varying items and nothing was too much trouble for her . We ended up ordering and purchasing several pieces of furniture and felt confident in doing this with the service we were receiving. We also met Jenny another member of staff who was very knowledgeable and she helped Bethany process everything. My husband and I noted how informative they all were and obviously knew their products along with being warm and friendly but still professional. We had such a positive experience and will definitely be making future purchases in store with them instead of online and are looking forward to returning again soon!

Great service, needed costing for an island unit and Lara , went away and came back as daredevil with the cost which was very reasonable. Neptune quality and service stands out from other retailers. We are looking forward to our kitchen design meeting next week

Neptune Kitchen install. I ordered a kitchen with Neptune in Tonbridge in September last year. From the planning through to Installation, the service was faultless. Bill Benson the designer and James Booth and his team did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them. They were professional at all times and everything was so well organised, it was amazing. I love my new kitchen, thank you to all the team for making such a fantastic experience from start to finish. A first class team!

Went in to order some lights we weren’t sure would fit the space we needed. As always gave great service and will definitely be returning soon. The lights came and look fantastic in our room.
