Everything is fine with one exception. The man that did all the measurements and gave us the quote, told us some areas that could not be done. I have no issue with the people putting the shower in, but it could not be done as the man quoted it. I would be happy to go into more detail is you would like to call me.

Quick install, professional staff, from sales to installation. Hard to believe that the install was completed in less than 8 hrs.

My first purchase of an American Standard walk in tub far exceeded my expectations. The unit was of high quality and the install went smoothly.I expected the same on this purchase but I found a huge difference in every area i.e. the unit has cheap looking hardware and ic very difficult to close the door and not feel cramped. A mere two inches in the sitting position would have resolvrd this problem.Had I seen the unit initially I would not have purchased it.

Our sales person was extremely knowledgable and knew what we need, she convinced us to make the right choice and we are so happy we did. the installation crew did an incredible job in less than a day. Can't say enough nice things about them.

Measuring was poor, instalation delayed. Not pleased with response to problems. Would NOT recommend American Standard!

The gentleman and his helper were so very considerate of being in my home. All pathways were covered. The installation went so smoothly. When they finished everything was spotless. Tge tub and the surround were perfect. It was all explained to me and I felt free to ask questions. What a nice experience. Love my walk in tub even if I just want to shower I feel safe.

The bathroom tub installation is set too high. No one informed us during installation that the tub was to be raised 3 more inches off the floor. The sheet rock was to be installed tile ready. Because of the inconsistencies in matching the existing sheet rock, all has to be removed and reinstalled by our professionals escalating cost.

The only criticism we have is that it’s a little pricey…other than that we are pleased.
