Bed room roof leaking under bathroom where I had my walk in tub repaired. Called American Standard to let them know and haven’t heard back from them for over two weeks now.

The workers did a great job and they cleaned up after themselves and I love my new shower

They were very professional. They completed the work in one day. It looks fantastic. The house had an old cast iron tub so it wasn't an easy job, plus-they did pretty good at cleaning up.

I answered this once -- shouldn't need to again. We were very happy with the service and the product. The safety shower is a blessing for my husband who has Parkinson's disease and is almost 90 years old.

Got it and absolutely love it. It’s not my first American Standard Walk-in tub. I had another one at our old house. Perfect for sore muscles and safety. As we get older it’s more difficult to get in and out of the soaker bathtub. Very safe and has lights and jets and air. Complete comfort…..
