I absolutely love my new walk in shower. It's even more than I hoped for or expected. It shines like a new penny. More than one family member has said it looks like a movie star's bathroom. The service was excellent and speedy, all done in one day. The workmen were extremely efficient, courteoys and very, very neat. At rhe end if the day they left it in oercsct order. My onky regret, i got a floor which is a bit slippery. I have bought a mat to overcone that.

Everything went great. Installers were knowledgable, effecient and courteous. Shower looks fantastic. We love it. Did have a situation where some glue got on a window curtain. Dealing with a rep on that now.

This is the best tub for our present needs. The Installation was the best quality workmanship. We are very pleased with it. I love the Jets and how the water can change colors with the lights. It is also easy to get in and out of. Thank you.

Two of the front hydro jets were not on at the time of installation. I had to have the tech come back and turn them on as I could not do it. I had called customer service on consecutive days and got 2 opposite instructions. The tech was out the next day and fixed the issue and answered a few questions I had.

Installer missed an inside door knob. There should be two ,one at each end of the corresponding outside vertical door bar. Every time I take a shower I reach for the door knob which is not there!! Annoying little thing!!!
