The experience was Great and we love our tub.

The product is very nice, but my issue is.: I am 6' 2" tall and it is virtually impossible for me to get low enough in the tub to have my shoulders and chest covered wth water. Thus we were told by sales that it would not be an issue. E Though it is fine for my wife, just a disappointment from me.

The installation crew left a huge hole under the tub and reversed the hot and cold water handles.

Installation was perfect. Angelo and Michael were great. They took me thru every part of the products and made sure I knew how to use the tub and shower before they left. I could not ask for anything better. I actually added the shower as an after thought because I was so excited to have my :spaceship" bath!! I l love it all. I no longer worry about falling in the shower and the tub gets rid of my aches and pains.

Do yourself a favor and call Kohler instead of American Standard. Once you hand over that down payment they lose all professionalism. I can’t rate the tub because they keep postponing installation. I tried to deal with the regional manager, Jim, and he was rude and condescending.

This is a great product, so far. Am Stand is the leader in therapeutic tubs. Ours has almost all of the gadgets (we passed on the remote control).it provides a wonderful bathing experience. Our only complaint is, it needs to be a foot taller with jets or a mechanical massage feature for my wife's neck.
