Great personnel
Great personnel, great product, great experience.
Very good shower, but pricey
Our installer installed the shower over the period of three days and was very professional and courteous the entire time. Our new shower looks wonderful and the safety features are just what my wife needed due to her disability. The only negative aspects of this installation that I found were that the installer cut through a wiring harness behind the original shower and did not detect it until the new shower wall had been installed. I noticed that the electricity on that part of the wall was not working (it was the backside of my living room wall) and figured that the wiring had probably been cut accidentally. We had to clear a space on the living room wall to enable repair of the wiring which required cutting a 2X2 hole in the wall and putting a access cover over it. This didn't bother me much since a wall unit covered it. It did bother me that he remembered that he had cut the wire but forgot to repair it before he placed the new shower wall in place which he had glued in already. Another item that I didn't realize was that the marble I had selected was merely a marble patterned vinyl matting. For the $12K, I thought I might get authentic marble. After reviewing my contract I did find that the materials did consist of a marble patterned vinyl. Lastly, a customer representative called me after the construction was completed and asked if everything was satisfactory. I told her all was good except that a small ring cover over the shower neck would not tighten against the wall and neck, and asked if she would send another collar or have her installer fix the problem. She said it would be taken care of and I have not heard from American Standard since. Even though they have a lifetime parts and service warranty, I think they would have taken care of this by now. I had this shower installed over a month and a half ago.

The bottom is still slippery even with the raised bumps. Also I think if there was a lever to open and close the drain would be better instead of the round knob.especially with people that don't have much of a grip.Otherwise I like it very much and would purchase it again.
WE REALLY LIKE OUR NEW SHOWER
WE REALLY LIKE OUR NEW SHOWER. IT IS SO CONVENIENT. IT LOOKS SO GOOD. THE INSTALLER DID A GREAT JOB.
Over all very pleased.
Over all I am very pleased with my tub. It fills quickly and drains well plus seems to hold water temperature well. I am very long legged but space constrictions made the smaller tub my only option. I am not able to stretch out to fully enjoy the features.

The workmanship is poor for a $15,000 tub with rough cuts and sloppy caulking. The tub was installed in one day when they initially stated 2-3 days to complete - they appeared to be in a hurry. They then refused to help us when we had a drain problem the next day (stating it was pre-existing condition) which left us with water shooting out an insufficient vent in the back of the house. The contractor begrudgingly agreed to come fix it on a Saturday for 500 dollars cash. When I told them we would contact the BBB and anyone else who would listen - Scott said "Go ahead, you won't be the first" When we finally had a professional look at it we found the installers did not use the correct plumbing adhesive and also over tightened a pipe and it was cracked. When the vent was fixed the water began to poor into the basement. Customer service for Liberation Bath is very rude to say the least and I would NEVER recommend them. They are con artists in my opinion.
Great product
Great product! Great people!
Expensive, but well worth it!
Sales presentation and installation crew were fantastic. Elderly parents were the customers and both sides of the sale catered to their needs and questions / concerns. They are very-very happy with the tub. It is absolutely "as advertised"!
We absolutely love our walk in tub
We absolutely love our walk in tub. After working in the yard all day and getting into that tub with all the jets on has decreased the next day yard pain that we all feel when we do to much.
Rapid drain!
Rapid drain! Safety!! Bathroom probably the most accident/mishap room in the house. No soft cushions upon which to land when you slip/fall. A bit more system with its "bells/whistles"? P&P ff
