From the first technician who comes to your home to evaluate the size and placement of your American Standard tub, to the technician who comes to your home to install the tub, they do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it, and for the amount they say they are going to charge! The best experience I have ever had with the purchase of a home improvement! Besides that, I love my tub!

The tub is fabulous. We love it. The entrance, the jets , the whirlpool, everything. I just wish there was a specific On-Off Button, so someone near the control mechanisms doesn't accidentally turn the tub functions on. E.G. a cleaning staff, a small child visiting. It is so accessible on the outer side of the tub.
