Great logs..fast free delivery. I just wish they would tape the boxes up securely, nothing missing but the tape not holding boxes together.

I have got all my wood from Flextimb over the winter. The wood burns really clean and hot. Delivery time has been the same day or the next day after ordering. The boxes are sturdy and easy to store. I have had the kindling too which is reasonably priced. I make use of the frequent special offers which make the product really good value. Well done Flextimb Barbara

Had a bit of a problem with the delivery, where the boxes were left outside the shed in the rain, when I had requested that they be put inside the shed. However, when I called Flextimb, they offered to deliver another two boxes free of charge. So customer service was brilliant and for this reason I will definitely order again.

Used Flextimb throughout the last two winters. Service has been faultless, often delivering within hours of order. Wood is excellent quality and well packed in boxes for easy storage. Highly recommended.

The only negative was that the message in the morning said delivery would be between 6.30pm - 7.30pm. The boxes actually turned up at 2.30pm - a little inconvenient, but I managed.

Excellent quality wood and packaged with integrity! I say that because having purchased from different suppliers, a “ton bag” is rarely, if ever, that! The way the bags are packed you definitely miss out but the pieces of wood from Flextimb, were all tightly packed and great quality and burn very well. I’m already thinking about another purchase, just a week after receiving the first one! Thank you Flextimb, hopefully you will become my go-to company of choice! I only need prove consistency now.

Excellent service, ordered Friday and received as informed on Monday even though I live in the South West Haven't used the wood yet but it looks just as advertised I normally have a loose delivery which is dumped on my doorstep and I have to spend hours stacking it but ordering this way saved time and effort. Very efficient and effortless.

Ordered 6 boxes of wood expecting it to take few days, but they delivered next day and in the time slot they said, really happy with the service I received
