Used these for my fire wood on numerous occasions. Usually delivered same day and very courteous and helpful staff.

First time I have used flextimb. There was an issue with DHL delivery and I emailed the sender regarding this issue. I received a call that same day from the sender who said he will sort it. He tried to speak with DHL and couldn’t apologies enough. He was still making calls at 20:00 at night trying to sort it. Once DHL sorted themselves out and the delivery was made I was very pleased. Good cuts of oak, will buy again from flextimb. Great customer service after the purchase really pleased.

Good ordering process & quality of the logs is good, very dry. The big let down was DHL, they were 2 days late, no communication & the website for tracking was a waste of time. They're only saving grace was the delivery driver who was excellent.

Fantastic service. I ordered around 10am and the logs were delivered at 2pm. The logs are high quality and good value for money. Thank you very much to the friendly driver who kindly brought the logs inside for my wife as I wasn't home. I will be ordering again.

Ordered at around 10AM and they delivered at around 2PM! Fast, efficient and free delivery of great wood. Have had both Hornbeam and Oak from these guys and they burn perfectly, making for a lovely fire! Just a shame they don’t do the kindling! Highly recommend!

Always good burning wood nicely dried. It comes in handy stackable cardboard boxes . Delivery is usually very quick and they go the extra mile and stack it for me in the garage. Friendly people to buy from
