Couldn't ask for better. The wood is great, burns well, good heat, etc. The service is superb. Twice now I have ordered late afternoon, and it's been delivered the same day. When I ordered late evening it was delivered the following afternoon.

The delivery came less than two hours after I ordered but maybe I was lucky if the depot is in my area. Nevertheless easy ordering and communication and wood lovely and dry of various sizes. So used to getting huge chunks I have to split again to fit my stove but majority of these were a perfect size. Will order again definitely.

Proper timber, cut just right, not damp and arrived really quickly, delivery driver even rang after delivering to double check the timber arrived. Spot on will 100% order again.

Ordered at 11am, 200kg of kiln dried oak was on my door step just over an hour later! Amazing service, wood is very good quality and burns perfectly. Would definitely recommend!

Ordered logs for the first time today about mid afternoon and not expecting delivery until tomorrow turned up at six thirty the same day. Excellent customer service and very friendly, delivered by the owner. One suggestion, maybe wear a mask with everything going on at the moment. No hesitation in using again, just purchased my stove so learning how to use properly, quality of the logs is excellent and delivered in cardboard boxes which go straight into the recycling bin. This is a new business so good luck going forward.
