Started using hipages in 2022, at first I was good but in the beginning of 2023 I found that most of the leads were tyre kickers. I had raised multiple disputes with high pages regarding non-authentic leads all of which were ignored. The customers that use high pages are not made aware that the tradie is charged fee to except the Leeds. due to unresolved issues with hipages I cancelled membership on eighth of May 2023, hi pages send a generic email saying someone will contact me in five business days and instead of cancelling my membership they tried to bill me for another month.hipages is easy to join and hard cancel, they DO NOT offer any valuable support to the trade business. They make no effort in qualifying advertised leads. I do not recommend using this service.

Easy to use and connects you with readies very quickly The ratings gives an indication of the quality of tardies which helps a lot. Had so many jobs through hipages and always had great quality service

I have never had to advertise for work in all my 41 years in the trade. Ive never had spam callers either. After being talked into the hipages trial, which was useless in a small country town, Now I get constant calls from places asking if I want a website made. Several every day. Day after day and still ongoing. Its obvious its come from hipages. They must sell your info or something. Also the hipages emails which I still get after the trial was over, do not have an unsubscribe link in them which is now illegal in Australia. Never again. Big mistake being talked into their trial.

I have used hipages a number of times and each time i have had a successful outcome the most recent was when i needed a painter for the internals of my home and i listed this job on hipages and within 48hrs i had received three interested parties enquiries these led to quotes and i appointed one of the painters for the job I consider that to be very successful

I was provided with several interested businesses and I have chosen one to do the bathroom renovation. I was happy to meet the trades-person and I received a good response and quote. I feel confident that they will do a good job.

Very fast responses and gyprock job was completed 3 days after job listing. Good workmanship. I chose the contractor for being responsive, patient, detailed and cost-effective.
