It's disappointing and time wasting when tradies jump quickly on to your job, provide you a quote that you accept then decide to decline it as you are "too far away". It is just nuisance value. My first two responses to my latest job both were not keen as Vermont was too far away. The first declined it completely the following day, the second just became slow to respond as he really didn't want the job either. The 5th on my list was local and took the job

Was good just greedy now. Job leads way to expensive up to $68.00 just to quote. They dont care about the tradies only profits. Wish there were other options available. Would dump them in a second👎

I have never been more disappointed with a service than I am with Hi Pages Lead Services. Their deceptive practices and false promises have left me feeling utterly ripped off and frustrated. I was initially lured in by their claims of receiving 18 leads per month in my niche area over the past three months. They assured me that my niche wouldn't be a problem and that I could expect 3 to 4 leads per week. Oh, how I wish I had never fallen for their sales pitch! I decided to give it a shot, against my better judgment, and ended up signing up for a dreadful six-month contract. It's now been nearly two months, and I haven't received a single lead! Their grand promises have turned out to be nothing but complete and utter lies. The information they fed me to get my credit card details was nothing but a ploy to trap me into this dreadful contract. To add insult to injury, there is absolutely nobody available to help or take accountability for their blatant lies. When I reached out to inquire about the lack of leads, I was met with silence. It's as if they take your money and then disappear into thin air, leaving you stranded with no explanation and no results. I am disgusted by their lack of transparency, integrity, and accountability. Hi Pages Lead Services should be ashamed of themselves for tricking hard-working individuals like me into signing up for their useless services. I trusted them to deliver on their promises, but they have done nothing but waste my time and hard-earned money. If you're considering using Hi Pages Lead Services, I strongly advise you to steer clear. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and financial loss. There are plenty of reputable lead services out there that actually deliver on their promises and don't resort to such deceptive tactics to get your business. Ease of obtaining quotes, speed of response.

I’ve used Hipages a few times now and find them extremely quick and effective in connecting with tradesmen to have work completed around my house. Completely removes the need to run through a lengthy list of tradesmen wondering who to contact.

An amazing, polite and very tidy electrician. He did an amazing job, and fully cleaned up afterwards.

I would be very careful before using hipages. I naively booked someone through hipages to make and install a shower screen. The screen was of poor quality, misaligned and leaked badly. The company was impossible to deal with. Multiple calls and emails ignored plus they wouldn’t even send me a proper receipt for the work done. I eventually had to remove all of the silicone they did myself and seal it up properly just so we could use the shower. Left a review and contacted hipages with a complaint and never even got a response. I really would’ve thought that hipages would make more of an effort to check businesses out before recommending them to you. Very disappointed.
