Cold called and asked to signed up on a free trial, jobs appeared but under fake names, disconnected mobile phone numbers and email address that bounced back, no job listed, they still took the $79 a month, customer service said I still had to pay as it was a lock in contract, when I said I was going to make a complaint with fair trade they asked me to add more industries to work in which I didn’t, sold the service of false premises, only time they activitly contacted me is when I stopped paying them money, which they then sent it to a financial company, once the financial company listen to my claim they sent it back to hipages, 12 months later I get a call from an abusive customer service agent trying to sign me up again, when I told him my last experience with the company he cut me off saying “blah blah blah we are not here to talk about that sir” in an Indian accent, later that day they pulled $79 from my bank, fair trading complaint filed & bank disputes in process, scam company and known for it, i wish i just did some research before signing up.

Key Glass and Mirrors. Tradesman was unreliable and was rude. Not turned up on assigned date without notice. Not prepared working materials so the job has adjourned few days. Not feeling sorry at all for delayed job caused by himself.

I feel it is important to bring to your attention the disappointing and unprofessional experience I had with this company, and I strongly advise others to stay away from their services to avoid similar grievances. To provide some context, I hired Ion Pest Control for the removal of possums that had infested my roof. Initially, I agreed to pay $250 for the job, which included complete removal and prevention of further infestations. However, the service I received from Brad Schuber, the representative assigned to the task, was far from satisfactory. Firstly, after the initial visit, Mr. Schuber failed to fulfill his commitment by not showing up as scheduled. To my surprise, he requested an additional $40 payment, claiming it was necessary to complete the job. This request was both unexpected and unfair, as the agreed-upon price was supposed to cover the entire service. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and refusal to pay more money, Mr. Schuber resorted to deceit and empty promises. He provided inconsistent excuses, such as the job being too far from his location or suggesting that a friend named Jack would finish the work. Unfortunately, these attempts only further frustrated me, as Mr. Schuber ceased responding to my messages and calls altogether. Such behavior from Ion Pest Control is completely unprofessional and indicative of their poor service standards. It is evident that they prioritize taking advantage of customers rather than fulfilling their obligations. Consequently, I believe it is my duty to warn others about this potential scammer playground and urge them to avoid any dealings with Ion Pest Control. I expect a prompt and thorough investigation into this matter, along with appropriate action taken against Ion Pest Control. Additionally, I request a refund of the $250 paid, as the agreed-upon service was not completed as promised. Thank you for your attention to this complaint. I trust that you will handle this matter seriously and in a manner that upholds customer rights and satisfaction.

I was lied to, I was quoted and booked 8 ton truck received a much smaller truck.

James Cochran, a carpenter in Maitland area did a magnificent job on replacing my worn out skirting boards. I can recommend him highly. He also replaced two window architraves. He certainly knows his stuff! Very pleasant, on time, good, honest, reliable. Fully recommended for carpentry.

I had a busted water pipe in my ceiling gushing out water. AC Plumbing came to my rescue and are a very efficient fast service. Chis was polite and caring and explained everything to me as he went. He had it fixed in no time and I would highly recommend him on any plumbing job

Have had 2 jobs attended to but l think they should be able to give you a receipt their and then once job is finished.
