When placing my most recent order, I somehow added a second line item. When I saw what I had done, I called your customer service people. I was lucky enough to have Jay answer my call. I explained what I had done and he immediatey correct my error.

As advertised. And because I got the three pack it allows me to give a relevant safety gift to my family

Shipping was insanely fast. We got them within two days. I had an issue that was none of their fault and I spoke with customer service and they were amazingly understanding and helpful. Great company! Great product!

The package ordered quickly and was well packaged. I ordered one each for my adult daughters, one for my husband and one for a friend. I am giving them as Christmas presents. The only trouble I had was the way you had to order them - I don’t remember exactly but it was something like I wanted to order 5 or 6 but you could only buy 4 or 8. I just remember wishing I could just type in the exact number I wanted to buy but couldn’t so I ended up buying fewer than what I actually would have if I could have just typed in the specific number I wanted.

I hope that I will never have to use these but if I do, I will be prepared. Also, they have fast customer service!

Saw an ad/video of this fire blanket. It was perfect for me, so I purchased two. One for the kitchen and one for our outdoor bbq area. Then, I purchased another eight blankets for family members and friends. It’s in a nice pouch that can be easily accessed, which was my concern in having immediate access to the blanket.
