Good and polite service , prompt delivery.

been with Regal for many years always reliable good good quality.

this was my first and will be my last. the delivery service was awful and uncaring, I live in an assisted apartment on the ground floor got a telephone call from driver saying he was at the main entrance I asked him to press my flat no and i will let him into my flat that was the last i heard from him . i then had to go to reception and they has nu idea if he left my order about a half hour later a fellow resident emerged with my order the driver had JUST LEFT IT

Bought a pack of jumbo fish fingers in batter. Unfortunately the batter was very greasy and the fish was inedible - very tough and fibrous. Not buying again.
