The quality of their fish is first rate, and the smoked salmon at Xmas time, is good enough for the late Queen. They always are great on the telephone, and will always call you back on the time arranged. Fish is delivered, fresh of frozen, on time and cheerfully handed over.I used them for many years, and cannot recommend them enough.

I found the new Regal Fish website is easy to use, though I couldn’t find one of our favourites, the hot smoked mackerel. On ordering, I was assured there was some, so wondered why not in website. This order hasn’t arrived yet, but every other order has arrived as promised, intact and delicious. I value the opportunity to speak to one of your staff and ask any questions I may have.

I have yet to come across a miserable person at Regal Fish! Always happy, always helpful. They have in front of them my previous purchases if I can't remember what I have. They recommend alternatives if not in stock and new items to try. The products are always top notch.
