I love that the website can search for bags by size. There aren't a great deal of photos from different angles but enough to get an idea. The bag was delivered quickly and wel packaged with excellent communication via email. Will def use again

My actual rating is ZERO stars! Nearly 3 weeks later and still no rucksack! It has now been returned to the sender due to an incorrect address. They received it 3 days ago but have still not refunded me or updated me! No response from phoning and no reply to emails. So, they now have the rucksack and my money! Awful customer service. Awful company. No response to reviews. Go somewhere else and pay a few pounds more. Well done to all those that had a positive experience. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
