Unacceptable and Unethical Service – A Complete Disappointment I initially had high hopes for Hims.com after experiencing positive results during the first three months with the initial batch of medication. However, my satisfaction plummeted when I received the second batch. The pills noticeably differed in texture, taste, appearance, and flavor. Despite my initial optimism—thinking this might be an improved formula—it quickly became evident that this wasn’t the case. My hair started falling out again. I reached out to their support team, hoping for clarity and assistance. Instead of addressing the product's issues, they suggested shampoo and conditioner for thinning hair—products I already use regularly. Despite maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including a balanced diet and consistent exercise 5–6 times a week, my condition worsened. Adding insult to injury, every time I contacted support, I was handed off to a different doctor. I had to repeat my concerns over and over, and yet no meaningful resolution was offered. On one occasion, they canceled my account without notice. When I reached out again for the fourth time, I was met with yet another doctor who provided the same generic responses. By the fifth interaction, they had dropped me completely and for good. This level of service is not just disappointing; it’s unethical and unprofessional. Hims.com’s careless treatment of its customers, coupled with the emotional toll of unresolved health issues, is unforgivable. To leave a customer "high and dry" after failing to address their concerns or provide adequate support is an absolute disgrace. Avoid this company at all cost!!

I used the topical solution from Hims for two weeks, and it completely messed with my hormones. The finasteride concentration is way too high for a topical product. Even after stopping its use, my chest feels strange, and the side effects haven’t fully gone away. This product is awful—don’t risk messing with your body like this. I regret trying it

A lot of talk, no delivery…

Prescribed meds within a few minutes which was great… but weeks went by with no meds. Reaching out to customer service was useless. Day after day I received the same copy and pasted responses about delays and why they hadn’t shipped my order after charging my credit card thousands of dollars. This company is a major scam and I suggest you go elsewhere. You might get your meds… but pigs may fly…
