Despite my initial optimism—thinking this might be an improved formula—it quickly became evident that this wasn’t the case. My hair started falling out again. I reached out to their support team, hoping for clarity and assistance. Instead of addressing the product's issues, they suggested shampoo and conditioner for thinning hair—products I already use regularly. I used the topical solution from Hims for two weeks, and it completely messed with my hormones. The finasteride concentration is way too high for a topical product. Prescribed meds within a few minutes which was great… but weeks went by with no meds. Reaching out to customer service was useless. Day after day I received the same copy and pasted responses about delays and why they hadn’t shipped my order after charging my credit card thousands of dollars.
