Horrible customer service !!! No 1800 number to ask where my order is at after i changed addresses..looks like they want to charge $150 for NO PRODUCTS!! They refuse to call me or take my email ....they dont acknowledge my emails either?????

The (hair loss) product does not appear to work whatsoever, and this company has some seriously shady habits with making cancellation available, or transparency on the cancellation process. Absolutely disgusting way to do business, people will not leave their subscription active because you've made it very hard to cancel- they will take the extra effort to cancel, and then leave public reviews on why nobody should use this company, like I am doing right now. Don't waste your time or money with Hims, not worth it at all

I’d give zero stars if I could! Do not subscribe to this business. Absolutely no customer service. I tried cancelling online and followed their instructions thoroughly. I kept getting sorry something went wrong messages. Finally found a phone number to call. Not even a chat option on line! Used the number I found online and waited for 20 minutes only to hear a message that said “sorry no associates available now, call back later”. I still haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone. Miserable company! Stay away!!

Hims has been amazing in my personal experience. I reached out for anxiety issues I’ve experienced for a really long time and the process has been smooth from the beginning. Unfortunately the meds I tried thus far have not agreed with my system adding anxiety so I’m in a holding pattern debating to continue or try something else. Regardless I will be using Hims here on out for personal needs even if my current treatment doesn’t work out. Hims really can be a game changer for men in need.

Taper on dosage is too light. $800 over two months with zero change
I used the GLP-1 inhibitor for 6+weeks. I know it's a bit subjective, but I lost zero weight (despite exercising a bit more as well). I have experience with Ozempic, so I knew what to expect. I feel like the taper-on dosage was far too light. I don't know if it was compounded incorrectly, or if there was some other issue, but I spent $800 over two months and there was no change. I have no choice but to cancel and see if I can buy the 'real' semaglutide somewhere else.
