Poor Care team and customer service support

Started glp-1 injections. Having no side effects until week 10. Serious nausea, diarrhea, cramping, to the point where I missed 4 days work and lost 15 pounds because I couldn't keep anything down. When contacted my "care team" with specific questions all I received was sorry and yes this happens. I finally stopped the treatments and after a week of stopping finally starting to feel better. Unfortunately during my time of being violently ill my subscription renewed so now I'm out 900 dollars for something I don't dare inject. Then....while working to figure out how to cancel I found a small section about appreciation discounts. I qualify for one of them which woukd have cut my costs in half. These discounts are not very obvious and at nobpoint during sign up do they ask if you qualify. Seems like their appreciation isn't very appreciative or they would actually make it clearer. Pretty frustrated and discussed with both the customer service and the care team. Not really helpful at all. Go see a live person and avoid these guys at all cost!

Beyond terrible customer service

Beyond terrible customer service. Take your money and run con artists hard at play here. No pun intended. Overpriced on all counts and your parcel is sent via tortoise. I could schedule an appointment with a legitimate Dr., go to the appointment, get an Rx, get the Rx filled, by the time forHims even decides to ship what they've already taken your money for. Steer clear away from these thieves.

Used it for 3 months from May 2024 to july 2024. My hair fell like dry leaves in autumn season. They never came back. Hims refunded me the money back but my scalp is in v bad condition. Please don't buy this. I fear hair transplant is my only solution now.

The medication gave a giant head ache and was extremely expensive! When I tried to cancel they still charged me. I will not be returning in the future.

You MUST manage shipment schedule yourself

The first notification you get about an upcoming shipment... Ha! I kid! There is no notification. The first one you get is that your product has shipped whether you want it or not. 'tells you all you need to know about the company. They don't have faith in their products but have a system in place to push it out the door. Make yourself reminders and take action BEFORE the ship date.

Hims meal replacement bars are 10/10

Hims meal replacement bars are absolutely delicious, especially the cinnamon ones. They are super cost efficient too. I have lost 97 pounds so far on compounded semaglutude and these meal replacement bars make for an easy breakfast with my busy schedule. Delivery came earlier than expected too. 10/10 recommend.
