A generalization

I hate to say it but I have not been able to have "a great experience" with the product. But, not because of the product itself. You see, my wife had serious complications with her heart last year. She had to have a pacemaker inserted, the they had to go into her heart and install a mitraclip, all leading to extended periods of rehab. Further complications with her legs have left our sex life wanting. Being 84 yo and her nearly 80 herself has left me in a state of unknowing and careful attendance to our physical state. We currently have product and desire to try it but we may have to take it easy for some time. Hopefully not forever!

They outright advertise on their site…

They outright advertise on their site and email promotion that their very expensive products are FSA/HSA reimbursable. They are NOT. In short, they will not give you a doctor's note recommending it, or an itemized receipt. They pretend to "medically evaluate" you, but really they'll sell to anyone, and no real paperwork because they are borderline illegal. I have already directly contacted Hims before this review and after. It is the same response that no doctors recommendation or script will be provided to submit for reimbursement if FSA/HSA. Order details Order ID: WriaiZDvtzo Total charge: $897.00 Date paid: 10/14/24 Edited to update: They did contact me after this review posted. They did end up sending me the medical recommendation I needed to get my reimbursement.

I appreciate the quick response on your instant chat to have my refill completed. I reduced from 60mg to 40mg and very effective. I had not provided an updated address and the shipment went to my old address. Your customer service had a replacement order sent out within 45 hrs. Much appreciated.
