Two shipments

Two shipments, 4 bottles total. First shipment, the two bottles spray pumps jammed. In the second shipment, one bottle leaked completely out, causing the post office to knock on my door and ask me what I had ordered because it had a hazmat label. So, via my ring doorbell I got to answer their questions. One bottle of the second shipment, the spray pump has jammed.

Well just finished my first bottle of the weight loss program prescribed by your medical team. As of today I have not lost more than 2 lbs. I'm not a big eater and I am active in a busy job. Any suggestions? My diet is clean no fast foods , little carbs mostly protein. Help!

Fix web and app to allow Apple Pay on ALL items, NOT JUST hair growth Rxs

Your app and or webpages need more consistency and fix to enable Apple Pay on EVERY PRODUCT. I use Apple Pay and was able to use it on my hair spray, BUT NOT WHEN BUYING SKINCARE items.

Scammy company doesn't care about customers

Unlike honest subscription companies, Hims sends no reminder that you're about to be charged. I noticed the $175 charge the same morning it went through and immediately messaged them letting them know I didn't want the product. (I still have more than enough from the first shipment and frankly can't afford to pay again.) Even though the order is still being prepared and has not yet shipped, they insisted they are "unable" to refund my money. I will never do business with them again, and suggest that anyone reading this avoid them too. They clearly don't have their customers best interests at heart.
