we ordered day 2 test kit on 24th…

we ordered day 2 test kit on 24th October, for flight home on 30th .we were given order number. Waited booking reference .On 29th still had not received ,phone number was no good ,as was email address. We had purchase else were and got booking reference immediately .We are out of pocket by £55.We feel like we have been scammed.4weeks have passed still no response to our review ,no refund They should not be trading. Trading standards need to get involved. Taking money and no goods ,utterly useless company .AVOID.

Paid for day 2 antigen test on 29th November and still waiting It's been 5 days, haven’t received it yet. Paid £29.99 for express shipping. Really bad service. No one to speak to. Doesn’t even reply email.

Wish I had read the below reviews…

Wish I had read the below reviews beforehand however I luckily photographed my codes when I booked them in case I didn't get an email which is lucky as the codes as described in many of the reviews were not on the email ?!?!? The £25 for delivery is atrocious, but you only realise this charge when you have filled out the whole form! I have just received the 4 kits I ordered, but I can not upload any results as it does not recognise my email address! Which is weird as the invoice came through on the very same email I have emailed for an answer, but I wont hold my breath and now I am unsure what to do as we cannot complete the required day 2 tests!! I received 4 LFT on time but cannot upload the results to the website - I have been trying for the last 3 hours. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I don't know how I can let the government know that I have done the tests as I have no contact details for this company or their laboratory. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Order 4087

Order 4087 Ordered Day 2 test. No code in confirmation email and we have been ringing non stop. Emailed you 3 hours ago. My flight is tomorrow and I need to update the passenger locator form and check in. Can't do that without this code. Please let me know asap. Thanks Edited to add: They replied to my email with the code and all worked out perfectly. Tip for the company: you need to provide the code with the purchase confirmation email. It is unnecessary for the customer to have to email you for the code. What if you had emailed too late? I was going to buy another test elsewhere. And I was getting anxious at not being able to check in for my flight as I wasnt able to complete the passenger locator form.
