Day 2 test carried out today for me and my family. I couldn't be more happy and relieved. The whole process in clinic was quick, efficient and affordable. So convenient and results received within the hour, I would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you to the lady in the Camden clinic for a pleasant visit.

I bought a day 2 test today. Received an email but no travel locator ID. Unable to contact them. They do not respond to emails either. Waste of money. Amended reply: Since the company have replied to my email and have dealt with my issue. Hence I have amended my review from one to 4 stars.

Update:we are changing our review to 4 stars, as we finally received the codes - however we could have done without the last minute stress. Hopefully you will look into making the service sleeker. I have paid for 4 day-2 tests, I was charged an extra 25£ for delivery (one week before arrival to the U.K. with no option to choose cheaper delivery) and less than a day from my trip, I haven’t received the booking reference so I cannot complete the PL forms. No one is picking the phone and I have emailed twice but still no answer, hours later.
