Test not sent out and no response

Booked and paid for day 2 test. Received confirmation. Test was not sent out by them so have not received. I was sent confirmation of order but no confirmation of dispatch. Telephone number on website goes straight to recorded message telling you to email. They have not responded to my email flagging the issue.

It bad service

It bad service. I bought the covid-test 2 day arrive. Just got the email confirmed i purchase. But after that i did not get the ID code that I have to fill out in my Locator form. I sent email but no any reply. I called them no answer. Until the second day of arrived I did not get my test kit. I try called and mail again but no reply. I dont know how to do now.

This company is not fraud as what…

This company is not fraud as what people think they are because initially i had that opinion also. I was waiting for my kits to be delivered after checking in for self isolation on the 18th of November, I waited till 23rd, sent series'of email to them, they finally replied with my tracking number which I used and discovered the kits arrived the same day i checked into the hotel for self isolation, I had to go and ask the hotel management, behold it was sent and the hotel did not informed me. Am giving this information knowing it might be useful to someone out there.

Appears to be a scam

Appears to be a scam. Purchased two tests. Company emailed me confirmation, but email did not contain a link for me to get the code needed for passenger locator form (for entry to UK). Company did not answer phone when I called for support many, many times. The email address from which the confirmation email was sent is not monitored. It is a .co.uk domain, whereas their customer "support" email address is .com. So they can avoid responding, I guess. When I finally received an email response the company said they could not give a refund because one of four terms of purchase is that no purchase can be refunded. So even when they do not provide what is purchased they refuse to give a refund! Reported to NHS.

I ordered and paid for my 4 days before…

I ordered and paid for my 4 days before my flight. But they haven't sent the test. I have emailed several times but they don't reply and their phone is switch direct to voice mail. If someone at the company reads these reviews I would appreciate if you could reply to my emails and issue a refund if you are not going to send the test kit.

Shocking

Shocking if only there was a 0 rating. Do not use, flying in 6 hours no tracking number to say its been posted. Having to purchase a 2nd test and re fill out locator forms. ABSOLUTELY A SCAM!!!!!

Cannot get through on the phone

Cannot get through on the phone. No response to email. No confirmation email with test details so that I can complete my passanger locator form. Had to buy a new test from a different company.

Acually one star is also too much for…

Actually even one star is too much for your services. You sell a kit that is freely available to all. Your postage arrives late for 48 hour test, and your internet doesn't work for registering the test. This is a rip off.
