Excellent service from West Yorkshire Windows. A down to earth and genuine company from start to finish. No strong sell (thanks James Wallace-so refreshing!) & Robbie and Colin were first class when it came to fitting. Thank you for being so professional, approachable and exceptionally respectful of social distancing at our home. All in all, highly recommended. We’ll definitely be back once we’ve sorted our extension!

Had some remedial work carried out by Mark and Alan and they were excellent. No fuss or mess and the job was done in no time at all. Very good.

I wouldn’t recommend this company it’s been an absolute nightmare. We’ve spent a lot of money getting the windows and doors all changed and have been left with an unfinished door for over a week now. I’ve logged a complaint and it’s not been acknowledged also Peter has said he will call us back and hasn’t. I will be escalating my complaint. The door is unsealed on the outside and also when fitted the old trims was left on. We’re waiting on this fixed. I’ve also seen on trust pilot that this has happened before I’m so upset that this has happened with us and will be demanding compensation.

Following our last review, we have now had more work completed by West Yorkshire Windows and, whether judged from the point of view of product quality, service level or price, they have again ticked all of the boxes. A couple of minor problems were identified during installation but these were quickly addressed and put right. A well deserved pat on the back to sales, installation and customer service departments. Very well done!

Was very pleased with my new door and surround which was fitted on the 26th August 2020 John and Steve were two nice people who did a really good job.

We have just had our windows replaced by John and Steve who work for West Yorkshire Windows. WOW they look great. The work was to a very high standard even down to the small finishing touches. Exellent job would recommend these guys to everyone.

Had a conservatory built. Few issues along the way but this were dealt with quickly and efficiently by Emma (who was a new member of staff), hence the 4*stars. Workmen polite and professional. We have the conservatory we wanted and very happy with it.

John and Steve were excellent from the start. Introduced themselves, explained what they had to do and were happy to work around our specific requirements. Quality of work excellent and very clean and tidy. Highly recommended. Thanks very much.
