Refund for faulty product instantly. Initial purchase of tent porch was straightforward and delivery was quick. 3 months later I discovered (first time using the porch) that it was faulty. Within 24hrs of email UKC&L (Samantha) had acknowledged my email, contacted the manufacturer, confirmed the fault, confirmed unfortunately no replacement available, and issued a full refund. Excellent customer service.

After seeing, helping to assemble, sitting inside in rain, wind and sunshine. I ordered a Kampa Air Shelter 400 (from this company as a few £'s cheaper than other companys) on Wednesday 24th July, emails were sent to confirm my order and dispatch. Delivery was prompt Thursday 25th July. Thankfully the weather was great so excitedly I immediately set it up to make sure all accessories were supplied and no damage. It's perfect, quick and easy to assemble, all by my (tiny) self too. Thank you.

Placed an order for several items. One item wasn't available. Instead of just sending an email, they took the time to call me, explain and offer an alternative. As a suitable alternative couldn't be found they refunded my money straight away and gave a £5 off gesture of will. Remaining items were received promptly and email communication keeping me updated on the tracking was good. Couldn't fault the service. Would highly recommend.

Awful company, the product we bought was not fit for purpose and I was asked to provide pictures of the fault, I did so but they still would not accept the fault, also saying I had used the product when this was not the case at all, in the end I had to threaten them with the consumer rights law and this finally changed their minds. Very argumentative woman to deal with through emails of which the first three were not answered. Needless to say we will not be using or recommending this company to anyone else!

Didn’t realise we had a camping outlet in Northampton so went along for a look. Staff were really helpful. Had a good look round & asked questions on various items. Stuff went to the warehouse and got out stock for us to view. We ended up with a great outdoor mat and medium sized Vangovtable for our motorhome. Fab service! Reasonable prices too.
