Unable to fulfil order as per delivery times quoted on website - no communications regarding the delay until I chased why it had not dispatched. Left me out of pocket having to pay express delivery elsewhere due to lack of communication.

pleased with the product, not pleased with the delivery company. i tried hard to get hold of them to inform them that i was away for a few days. i Failed. as a consequence the driver was going to leave the parcel at my front door until my neighbour intervened. they were able to receive it thankfully. the fool proof systems used by some companies is not, fool proof. you need to be able to speak to someone who knows the job.

Great customer service! There was a mix up with my parcel from DHL. I contacted UKcampingandleisure to inform them and they got on it right away. They kept me informed and got the parcel delivered quickly. My item arrived in perfect condition. Very happy and would highly recommend!
