Terrible quality chair. Bolts fell out during a 2 hour car journey. Wasn't cheap either, but the quality was.

Swift service , exactly what we ordered, definitely would use again

Product badly advertised. Showed the product in the same type of vehicle that I own but was too small when it arrived. When I returned it for a refund, the communications were short and vague. I eventually got a notification that the refund had been issued 6 working days after it was received by the sender. I then had to wait for another two days to receive the money. This is not an acceptable refund policy. My request for confirmation of receipt of the returned goods was also ignored. All in all, not a great experience from UK Camping and Leisure! Remember, customer service is key to good business!

Easy ordering, swift delivery, only issue was product had no extra packaging, only cellophane and had split open on corners and some scuff marks, would give 5 stars if packaged correctly.

Replaced my outwell cloud 2 with new cloud 2. Shipped quickly however vital part was missing but replaced within 10 days. The tent is suitable for garden and car camping trips. New design has darker inner tent which works well. Roomy for one and able to sit in it in a low chair. Good storage space and flap opening options enabling cooking in porch. Just do check all the parts and stretcher rings and toggles are present on arrival: I waited until I went to use it and couldn't so had to scavenge missing part from old tent. Options of replacing it completely under the warranty or wait for part to be shipped was offered. I chose the latter. Blue was a slate blue so not as bright as feared, the originals were green.

Ordered a new skylight for my caravan very good price only gripe would be don’t use Evri it said on order next day delivery but it took about 4 days to arrive product was as described and fitted perfectly
