Absolutely outstanding service from this company. Ordered parts for our Motorhome and we received the goods in less than 24 hours. Although there was a mix up with the colour. Contacted them and immediately they sent me a return label. And again within 12 or so hours a replacement arrived. They are completely customer focussed and their staff are exemplary. With many caravan stores closed over the Christmas break I telephoned Uk Camping and Leisure on Friday 30th December at 12.15.I spoke to a very helpful gentleman who confirmed they had a Floe 868 ( an excellent device for draining down the water system of a static caravan) in stock and if I ordered on line it would be dispatched that day by 24 hour Royal Mail. This I did and received the item at 12.30pm on New Years eve! Wow! What service when Amazon suppliers were quoting 5-10 January. Thank you, Floe fitted and working very well.
